We are looking for a Refreshment Tent Manager, Volunteer position which will require you to attend our general meetings once a month for about 2 to 3 hours. The main duties would be to order the Special Occasion permit, the Cooler trailer, the Sound equipment, Tents and the liquor, as well as returning any liquor and empties after the games. You would also be responsible for booking the entertainment for both Friday & Saturday night. The local OCEAP group mans running the bar, so you would be responsible for replenishing any stock if required on the Saturday of the games. You would be required to have your Smart Serve.
